Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). RS will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference.
How do I know the status of my order?
Please login to your Account to know the status of your order status. In addition, you will also receive an email from us once your order is shipped along with the courier name and docket number. |

| Why are some of the products ‘Out of Stock’?
While we try to make maximum products ‘In Stock” by procuring stock and by tie-ups with all major suppliers across the country, there maybe cases where the product has been either temporarily or permanently discontinued or suppliers have temporarily run out of stock of the particular product.
Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?
Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at RS. |

What are the delivery and CoD charges?
Free shipping for invoice value above Rs 500 else shipping charge of Rs 50 per order, except certain products.
No Cash on Delivery (CoD) charge.
How much time will it normally take for the consignment to reach?
The estimated shipping time (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays) is mentioned against every item and may vary from item to item. The shipping time mentioned refers to delivery in those areas covered by reputed couriers through which we send our consignment. In case a reputed courier does not cover a particular remote location then we will send the consignment by speed/registered post through the Indian Postal Services, which may take 1-2 weeks depending upon the location.
With every order, we will send you n email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once the consignment is shipped, you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
For hand delivered (express) products like flowers, cakes etc same day delivery is possible provided order is placed before 4 pm IST on the date of delivery in India. For international delivery, orders should be placed 48hrs prior to the delivery date. For same day international deliveries, please contact us for possibilities
Where do you deliver?
For courier products, we deliver across India across all locations serviced by reputed courier companies and the Indian Postal Services. Currently, we do not do delivery outside India.
For hand delivered (express) products like flowers, cakes etc products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities/Towns in India and Abroad.
Who will deliver the products?
We process the delivery only through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your consignment via Registered Bookpost or Speedpost operated by the Indian Postal Service. |

| 1. How do I Cancel an Order? .

2. Are there any cancellation charges?
If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount after deducting a nominal charge of 10% of the order value.
If your product has been dispatched then we will be unable to entertain any request for cancellation of order.
3. What are your substitution policies?
For express products, images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
4. What recourse do I have in case I receive a defective/damaged/wrong item?
If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just email us at the earliest at contact@rightshopping.in. You must return the item unopened and in its original packaging, for a full refund.
We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 2 (Two) days from the date of delivery of the order.
5. What happens when we are unable to deliver the product?
While we do not stock all the products listed on the website, we have tied-up with almost all major leading manufacturers and distributors across the country. However, products do go out of stock with our suppliers and at times the same is not intimated to us in a timely manner. In the rare circumstance that we are unable to deliver the product within 5 working days from the estimated delivery time period, we will refund your entire amount. |
